  • How do I report a bug?
     
    To report a bug, you can use our technical support form or send an e-mail to support@hexprobe.com. When doing so, please include the following information:
     
    • What version of Windows are you running (Vista/2003/XP/2000/NT/etc.)?
       
    • What version of Hpsetool are you running (to see what version Hpsetool you have, choose About Hpsetool from the Help menu)?
       
    • Is the problem reproducible? If so, what are the steps necessary to reproduce the bug?
       
    • If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.

     
  • How can I read the Hpsetool help files?
     
    You can use any HTML browser to read the Hpsetool online documents, or use Microsoft HTML Help viewer to read the compiled HTML help files.
     
     
  • How do I get started?
     
    There are several ways to get to know Hpsetool quickly. Choose one or more of the following approaches:
     
    • If you haven't installed Hpsetool yet, see Hpsetool Installation for installation instructions.

    • Take a look at the White Paper. And take a first look at the Hpsetool Quick References, which tells you how to use the Hpsetool user interface basics and built-in tools.
