    To report a bug, you can use our technical support form or send an e-mail to support@hexprobe.com. When doing so, please include the following information:
     
    • What version of Windows are you running (Vista/2003/XP/2000/Me/98/etc.)?
       
    • What version of Hpmbcalc are you running (to see what version Hpmbcalc you have, choose About Hpmbcalc from the Help menu)?
       
    • Is the problem reproducible? If so, what are the steps necessary to reproduce the bug?
       
    • If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.

     
  • How can I read the Hpmbcalc help files?
     
    You can use any HTML browser to read the Hpmbcalc online documents, or use Microsoft HTML Help viewer to read the compiled HTML help files.
     
     
  • How do I get started?
     
    There are several ways to get to know Hpmbcalc quickly and easily; each tailored to a different style of learning. Choose one or more of the following approaches:
