Here is a list of the main menu commands of Hpmbcalc:

| File | Import Number... | Imports data from a file or other external source, formats it to a hex number, and inserts the result into one of the operand box. |
| File | Export To File... | Exports an operand to a file. |
| File | Exit | Quits the application. |
| Tools | Number Formatter... | Activates the Number Formatter for you to import data from an external source, format it to a hex number, and export the result to another external source. |
| Tools | Key Container Manager... | Presents a dialog for you to manager key containers. |
| Tools | Pseudo-Random Number Generator... | Presents a dialog to generate a pseudo-random sequence of bits. |
| Tools | Pseudo-Random Prime Generator... | Presents a dialog to generate a pseudo-random probabilistic prime. |
| Tools | Bit Shifter... | Presents a dialog to evaluate and simulate a variety of shift register configurations. |
| Tools | Checksum Calculator... | Presents a dialog to calculate the checksum of your input file based on the parameters you specified. |
| Tools | CRC Value Calculator... | Presents a dialog to calculate the CRC value of your input text or file based on the CRC parameters you specified. |

| Tools | Switch to Windows Calculator... | Runs the Windows Calculator, hides the user interface of Hpmbcalc, and puts the main dialog of the Windows Calculator into the foreground. |
| Script | Run Scripts... | Activates Hpmbcalc Scripting Host Console for you to load and execute your scripts. |
| View | Always Topmost | Places Hpmbcalc dialog box above all non-topmost windows. |
| View | Show Toolbar | Shows or hides the toolbar on the Hpmbcalc Calculator Panel. |
| View | Show Tooltips | Shows or hides the tooltips on the Hpmbcalc Calculator Panel. |
| View | Upper Case Letters | Toggles between upper and lower case for hex numbers. |
