Each Hpmbcalc version comes with detailed help files, which can be accessed by
pressing the F1 key. Also, more information may be found in our website. If
you encounter a problem about product order, install, uninstall, etc., you can
get answer at our website's
technical support page.
If your problem has not been resolved, please refer our website's
contact us page, or direct
your messages to support@hexprobe.com.
If you want to report a bug, please include the following information:
- What version of Windows are you running (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/etc.)?
- What version of Hpmbcalc are you running (to see what version Hpmbcalc
you have, choose About Hpmbcalc from the Help menu)?
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, what are the steps necessary to
reproduce the bug?
- If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include
the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
