Archive Terms and Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Hexprobe System ("Hexprobe System" or "we" / "us"). You must agree with the following terms before using the template archive. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not download or submit files to the template archive.

As some of the files on the archive are provided by third parties, Hexprobe System is not responsible for support on any of the files except for templates that are included with the Hexprobe Hex Editor distribution. All templates used are at your own risk and Hexprobe System will not take any liability for damage caused by running a template.

Hexprobe System includes only high quality templates on the website and reviews each template before it appears in the archive. If you experience a problem with a template, please let Hexprobe System know. In some cases, the template author has included his/her email address in the file, so please contact the author for any questions about the file.

By submitting a template via the Submit Template page, you agree to release your file into the public domain. Other people may download your file and use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

Your submission to the archive does not guarantee your file will be included in the archive. Hexprobe System reviews each submissions and reserves the right to not include any file in the archive, or to remove a file from the archive at any time without notice. Hexprobe System may also make modifications to your file or description to fix problems, or to make the submission more consistent with other files in the archive.

Hexprobe System does not guarantee to give support to people who download your file and experience problems. If you would like people to be able to contact you if they experience a problem with your template, please include your e-mail address within the file.
